October, 2009 - Atlantic Aero receives FAA AMT Special Recognition Award

Atlantic Aero, Inc, based at the Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, North Carolina is dedicated to safety, quality, integrity and innovation. This is shown through Atlantic Aero’s commitment to training it’s employees. Atlantic Aero has received the AMT “Diamond Certificate of Excellence” for 9 consecutive years with an average of 3000 hours of training per year. This year, the FAA has started recognizing companies such as Atlantic Aero for their long term commitment to the Aviation Maintenance Technician Awards Program and presented the “AMT Special Recognition Award” for 5 years of participation from 2004 – 2008.
